Why use interlayer trays or pallets

The interlayer tray models offer the most agile way possible to obtain all the benefits of protection, precision, order of the contained pieces. They are particularly suitable in combination with other types of packaging.

Functional features

Directly resting on the pieces, the interlayer trays allow correct weight distribution on the pieces contained in the tray. Their multifunctional design allows them to be very light, but resistant to the load and gives them a timing for the correct positioning of the piece. The simple structure allows storage in very little space.

Models of interlayer trays

Here is an overview of the main models of interlayer handling trays

Basic

Interlayer tray characterized by simple and linear seats.
Ideal for use in combination with cardboard boxes, the Basic model is suitable for components characterized by simple geometries and is well suited for use as a disposable tray.
In the packaging and shipping of products in cardboard boxes, Basic allows for ordering and cleaning of the pieces as well as greater speed in the packaging phases.

Alfa

Interlayer tray characterized by seats with a customized geometry. Ideal for use in conjunction with cardboard boxes or crates, the Alfa model is equipped with side handles for manual gripping.
In the packaging and shipping of products in cardboard boxes, Alfa allows for ordering and cleaning of the pieces as well as greater speed in the packaging phases.

Beta

Interlayer tray characterized by thermoformed seats for positioning the piece and counter-seats on the bottom to allow the overlapping tray to be fixed to the pieces contained in the underlying layer.
The Beta model is suitable for use with any type of container, or directly on pallets or metal platforms with corner posts.
In the packaging and shipping of products, the Beta tray is able to create a stable and safe stack.

Beta 180

Interlayer tray characterized by thermoformed seats for positioning the piece and counter-seats on the bottom to allow to constrain the stacked tray to the pieces contained in the underlying layer, after rotating each layer by 180°.
The Beta 180 model is suitable for use with any type of container, or directly on pallets or metal platforms with corner posts. In the packaging and shipping of products, the Beta 180 tray is capable of making a stable and safe stack.

Omicron

Self-supporting tray suitable for positioning the pieces in a rack.
It is possible to provide counter seats on the bottom of the tray that allow perfect stabilization of the stacked trays.
Particularly suitable for disc-shaped pieces, electronic boards.
