Trays

Ellepack's painting trays become a full part of the production cycle where the operator introduces after positioning the piece on it. This tray, which is reused for several production cycles, not only allows the complete painting of all pieces but also saves production time by keeping defective pieces due to uneven painting to a minimum.

Masks

Ellepack also designs protective masks for painting parts by perfectly delimiting the various predefined areas of the object, where the paint must not overflow onto the object. We also design guards for carts or painting supports, so as to facilitate their cleaning, reduce preparation time and extend equipment life.
