Design

The complexity of providing an adequate response to the customer's requirements as well as the need to present the design in a perfectly comprehensible form, led us to develop our thermoformed product designs using a an MCAD solid modeler.

A careful virtual design allows us to produce shapes that are perfectly suited to containing the customer's objects, as well as designing extremely precise and durable products. The changes that are necessary between prototyping and production, or for subsequent productions when the customer's needs have changed, are easy to do without having to start over from scratch.

The presentation of designs that faithfully reproduce the product being produced in virtual reality minimizes evaluation errors and the changes needed to correct them. We are often able to also avoid producing prototypes or, any case, continuous adjustments to the prototype due to the inadequacy of the design and the customer's changing needs.
